Why we invested:

Logistics spending in Africa by manufacturers and retailers has crossed the $160 billion mark in 2018. In Senegal alone, 7m parcels are transported in the formal sector relative to 25m in the informal sector. We are confident that the market size will continue to grow into the next decade. Yobante is about 40% less expensive than the average of their competitors because they use independent and casual carriers within a resilient mesh network of relay point to deliver from point to point until the last mile.
