RightCom is the leader in cloud-based customer experience management in Africa

What they do:

Founded in April 2013, RightCom is the leader in customer experience management in Africa. The company, specializing in cloud-based customer experience (CX) management software, has become a one-stop shop for all CX needs, adding management consulting and CX BPO outsourcing to its enterprise software suite.

As the Pan-African CXaaS company, RightCom helps blue chip companies prevent bad customer experiences from impacting their bottom line, by providing the technology that identifies at-risk customers and implementing the next best action to avoid churn.

Why we invested:

CX (customer experience) is fast becoming a key driver in business proposition and growth and is in itself, a force to be reckoned with. A recent survey by The Harris Poll concluded that 83% of customers care as much about the way call center agents treat them as what they are trying to sell them, 43% would knowingly buy an inferior product if they really loved the brand and up to 73% would happily spend more money on your business if they loved the brand.

Where human agents may struggle, CXaaS can sift through huge data streams and can also extract insights from these figures that can be used by business leaders to understand their customers and evolve with them over time through building relationships and mapping out a customer journey.
