What They Do:

Flexclub's online marketplace enables both commercial and private members to easily browse and order their next car through an all-inclusive monthly subscription, earning valuable rewards over time based on their driving behaviour.

Flexclub allows individuals to rent cars by paying a fixed subscription price per month. The client can book the car online, pay the subscription fee, and arrange for the car to be dropped off to a location at the client’s discretion.

The company works with local and international partners such as Avis or Hertz as a broker to acquire, onboard, manage, and support clients as they rent a car.

Flexclub charges a commission on total subscriptions.

FlexClub’s parent company FlexiiDrive BV is in the process of being sold to a U.S. entity owned by TransAfrica Capital and will receive 8% of the new entity as compensation for the I.P. purchased (brand and customer database)
