eBanqo Enabling AI-powered customer-business interactions across multiple messaging platforms

What they do?

eBanqo helps businesses to automate customer support.

eBanqo provides live chats and offers their services on web chat and messaging apps that customers already use. This helps by reducing your support team’s workload and enabling customers to enjoy business services from multiple platforms. There core belief is to make communication convenient, easy, and reliable between business and their customers.

Why we invested:

eBanqo offers a SaaS platform to businesses, and thus operates in the B2B market, primarily targeting SMBs with a large customer-facing request or query load across Africa. The platform allows customers to chat with a customer representative from a company within the social media apps that the client may already use i.e., Messenger, WhatsApp, Twitter and many more.

The company also offers a 24/7/365 chatbot which will be tailored to suit the needs of the client as well as service automations. Their platform allows for seamless connection to multiple user channels, and from that channel, clients can get answers to FAQs, report issues and receive real time notifications.
