Through its bespoke online telehealth platform, Docspert Health provides patients with complex and serious conditions in Africa and the Middle East with second medical opinions, video consultations and travel for treatment (if needed) from over 750 carefully-selected internationally renowned medical experts and hospitals. Uniquely Docspert Health provides its patients with an in-house, medically-trained case manager who takes the full history, prepares a comprehensive case file, attends the video-consultation,  and explains and answers any queries on the final report from the expert. 

Docspert Health provides its services through B2B partnerships with many of the well known insurance companies, as well as directly to B2C clients directly. The company has helped over 1250 patients from Africa and the Middle East, often with dramatic, life-saving or life-changing consequences.

Docspert facilitates access to specialized healthcare and medical travel for individuals who previously lacked such opportunities. By reducing financial barriers and organizing medical care efficiently, Docspert ensures that everyone can access quality healthcare services regardless of their circumstances.

Professor Hisham Mehanna is a world renowned head and neck surgeon from Egypt who practices  in the UK.

Ahmed Elkamisi is a young clinician working in Egypt.

Mohamed Hatem is a technologist with a medical background, having trained initially as a doctor.
